What one shared villa can earn

One group trip, real numbers.

Each card is a typical 5-night stay at today's live rates (median of the next six months). Points are a share of the nightly rate before taxes and fees, by your tier.

Examples use each villa's median nightly rate over the next 180 open nights on our live calendar; what you earn depends on the stays your friends actually book.

Give a gift, get points

Your friends win too, so they actually click.

Every link you share carries a welcome gift for the person you send it to. That's why members' messages get opened, and why their friends book.

Your friend gets
$50
toward a private chef, spa or transfers on their villa stay

Applied by the SEVA concierge when they book direct through your link. Valid for 6 months.

You get
5–10%
of the nightly rate in SEVA Points, plus bonuses at your 1st, 3rd and 10th confirmed booking.
